Project Scope
I led the end-to-end redesign of the Game Details experience across Core and Live Casino, transforming a cluttered pop-up into a scalable launch point for game discovery. A two-step progressive disclosure model balances quick access to essential information with deeper game data, creating a flexible, mobile-first component that reduces visual complexity across thousands of casino titles.
Cognitive Overload: The original modal crammed thumbnails, text tags, long descriptions, stake limits, and primary buttons into one tight, unorganised space
Two Distinct Player Mindsets: Casual players want to dive straight into the game, while analytical players prefer to check RTP, volatility, and paylines before betting real money
Two-Step Modal Flow: Separated the experience into two focused screens: a high-energy Game Page built for quick decision-making and play, and a dedicated Game Info page with game mechanics for analytical users
Hierarchy Focused on Conversion: Positioned high-value visual hooks, like an animated game preview and live progressive jackpots, right above the primary action buttons to drive excitement
Modular Design System: Built a dynamic grid that automatically adjusts whether a game features a jackpot, live stream, or simple slot mechanics
Resilient Content Loading: Prepared a static fallback for game previews to preserve visual continuity and usability when video content is unavailable or affected by slow network conditions.
Localisation at Scale: Designed flexible layouts to serve varying languages, string lengths and market-specific content across all our brands
Complete Component Library: Delivered Figma components with interactive states, auto-layout settings, and clear logic for engineering handoff
Unified Cross-Platform Experience: Standardised the launch of a new experience across both Core Slots and Live Casino, creating a consistent foundation ready for production and A/B testing.
