Project Overview
Car Park Dominik is a prominent parking facility located next to Warsaw’s busy Chopin Airport (Okęcie).
To compete in a high-demand market, they needed a modern, trustworthy digital presence that could convert travelers looking for secure, hassle-free parking. My role was to optimize airport parking reservations with a high-converting, respnsive website.

The client required a complete website within a tight 30-day timeline (new website had to be launched before the winter holidays traffic spike).
The new site needed to be responsive, easily navigative for travelers booking on their phones en route, and seamlessly integrate a third-party reservation engine.
Core Constraints & Requirements:
Tight Deadline: 30-day window to launch before peak winter holiday bookings
Mobile-First Context: Travelers often book last-minute or directly from their phones while driving toward the airport
Clear navigation: Easy navigation to parking options, pricing details, and reservation processes
I optimized the information architecture for low cognitive load:
Immediate Utility: Placed the reservation engine into the primary hero real estate across all breakpoints
Friction Reduction: Designed for a 3-click architecture. Pricing, location/directions, and booking functions are reachable within a maximum of three interactions from any entry point
Trust Mechanics: Highlighted crucial physical properties (24/7 security, 8-minute premium shuttle transfer, clear cancellation terms) to manage user anxiety
The new Car Park Dominik website is live, fully functional, and actively driving business.
Booking time below 2 minutes: User tests show that average time-to-book from opening the website to confirmation decreased to under two minutes
3-click architecture: Pricing, directions, and the booking engine are all accessible within a maximum of 3 clicks from any entry point
30% less support inquiries: Client confirmed that clear information architecture and prominent FAQ sections reduced manual phone inquiries regarding pricing and location by nearly a third
Rapid deployment: By utilizing Framer, I delivered a fully custom, responsive website from concept to launch in exactly 4 week
